Introducing an innovative approach to collecting fine art: the Digital Giclée Printed Paintings by Curtis R. Doll Jr. Unlike the countless commercial reproductions of traditional paintings that dilute the value of original art, these are authentic, limited-edition works.
Each painting begins as a unique digital composition, created by the artist on his computer in a modern, respected medium. The edition is
strictly limited to 75 pieces, plus 5 artist proofs. The scarcity of these works is guaranteed by the artist's process: once the final painting is printed, signed, titled, numbered, and marked with a special seal to prevent piracy, the digital .tif files used for printing are permanently and securely deleted.
Crafted at a full-scale image size of 21" x 16" with a 350 ppi resolution, each piece is printed at 300 ppi for stunning detail. A one-inch white border frames the artwork, featuring the title, edition number, signature, and seal. The finished size is 23" x 18" or 18" x 23", depending on whether the format is horizontal or vertical. To ensure provenance, each painting comes with an official Certificate of Authenticity.
